Robot Day

On Friday 15^th June Wessex Setpoint came into school and ran an Employability skills day with some of the year 10 students. This involved the students working in teams of 4 and taking on separate responsibilities within the team. The work involved building and programming small robotic vehicles using Lego Technic and researching the environmental impact of man and technology upon the ocean environment.

60 students took part and had an excellent day, congratulations to Mark, Ben, Verity and Courtney, who won the event.
